Tentipi Safir 9
Tentipi's Safir 9 is an absolutely premium, top-of-the-market teepee. Beautifully made, very thoughtfully designed, durable, lightweight, spacious and with a bunch of features that make it extremely versatile, it's without a doubt the best tent we reviewed - but it comes at a hefty price.
Nordisk Asgard 7.1
The Nordisk Asgard 7.1 is a thoughtfully-made bell-style tent with a bunch of considered features like mesh openings and a framed doorway. Having said that, for a polycotton tent it's very heavy for its relatively small size. Read more in our detailed review.
Robens Klondike
This is a quality tent from Robens, featuring a lightweight but durable polycotton material - a great alternative to a traditional canvas bell tent. We like that it's easy to pitch and features a waterproof, zip-in floor that you can unzip to create an internal area for cooking on a camp stove.
DANCHEL Tipi
Danchel has created a great bell/yurt-style teepee tent for serious adventures with its heavy-duty fabric. We like that it's a style that you'd usually see in heavy canvas material reimagined in polyester, so much lighter weight. Read more in our detailed review.
Teton Sports Sierra Canvas
Teton Sports Sierra Canvas is a well-made, relatively affordable canvas bell tent offering breathable, water-resistant material. If you're specifically after a canvas bell tent this is a really great option, with a huge internal space and large main door - but because it's canvas, it is heavy.
Kelty All Inn 2 Tent
This 3-season tent is designed to be lightweight and spacious, fit for 2 people. It features a visor for increased ventilation and unique entry points, 2 doors and 1 vestibule. The Kelty All Inn 2 sets up and packs down easily with outward leaning walls that give extra headroom.
MSR Access 2
This 4-season tent with 29 square feet of interior space fits two campers with a comfortable livable room. Its versatility means you can take it out for various activities whether it's for summertime mountaineering or trekking. The lightweight fabric and double wall design does a good job at handling condesation.
Rab Neutrino 800
Designed to be lightweight, warm, and compressible, the Rab Neutrino 800 serves up all three but with a few shortcomings. At a high price point, the bag offers a nice tapered design with enough room to adjust movement, and it compresses down well into its stuff sack, but it may be outperformed by other bags with much less cost.
Mountain Hardwear Phantom
The Mountain Hardwear Phantom is one of the best in terms of warmth-to-weight ratio. The 850-fill down insulation is an excellent feature fit for those who want to do more serious expeditions. Warmth is doubled around the head with its four-chamber hood, worth mentioning as it does a great job at that. It can be packed down to high-end compression sack for convenient carry. Definitely a great choice for alpine traverse.
Lightwave Sigma S22 Tent
Sigma's new S22 is an upgrade to its previous model S20, built with impressive moisture barrier and more room, making it to the best hiking tents list.
The North Face Blue Kazoo
A mummy-style, well-constructed sleeping bag has comfortable and breathable material. One should look into The North Face’s Blue Kazoo.
Sea To Summit Trek Tk3
Complete with all the features you need from a sleeping bag, the Sea to Summit Tk3 is a must-have for serious campers. Read on about the best sleeping bags in the UK.
Therm-a-rest Hyperion 20
The Therm-a-Rest Hyperion 20 is of high quality and comfort, a great choice for saving weight and size. Definitely worth its spot on the Best Sleeping Bags of 2024.
RIO Beach Folding Beach Chair
We enjoyed relaxing in the RIO BEACH Folding Beach Chair, probably the best looking of the bunch we tested. The wooden arms lend a touch of luxury and refinement to the chair, perfect for sipping cocktails by the seaside. The chair features an innovative system that allows the back position to be adjusted by moving the armrests, which was a win, and was easy to carry to and from the water.
Homevative Folding Backpack Beach Chair
Part of relaxing at the beach is that you shouldn't need to go anywhere, and the Homevative Folding Backpack Beach Chair delivers on that. With more pockets than Mary Poppins' handbag, this chair makes sure you have everything easily accessible.
GCI Outdoor Waterside Sunshade Backpack Beach Chair
If you're specifically after a chair with built-in sunshade, then the GCI Outdoor Waterside Sunshade Backpack Beach Chair is worth a look. It folds down into a fairly compact size for storage, so as it fulfills the role of part beach chair part umbrella, it's not a bad option.
SONGMICS Portable Beach Chair
If you're after a no-fuss beach chair that will last you a while and is very portable, the Songmics Portable Beach Chair could be the one - but beware! Tall people may find the chair uncomfortable compared to other models as the seat and backrest are shorter. If comfort's less important and you want something easy to carry and beachy-looking, read on!
Homecall Beach Folding Camping Chair
The Homecall Beach Folding Camping Chair is a basic, low-slung chair without any of the additions of drink holders or pockets. It sets up with what should be a sturdy crossed design, but in testing lacked the strength that we would expect from a chair of this design.
Kampa Sandy High Back Folding Beach Chair
The Kampa Sandy High Back Folding Beach Chair is an excellent option for those who are just after a cheap, basic chair. Unlike some of the other basic chairs we reviewed, this little guy is extremely well-made for the price. We were impressed with its stability, weight and overall quality, even if it does lack some of the features of other chairs.
